for Aging and Physical Disability Services

Resource Center staff helping a client   The Resource Center provides seniors, adults with physical disabilities, their families and caregivers a place to start accessing services and information, empowering and promoting their independence while addressing current needs and planning for the future.



Services include:

  • Identification of needs

  • Accessing services
  • Completing program assistance applications
  • Assisting with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI
  • Representing clients' interest
  • Providing notary services
  • Providing State Health Insurance Assistance Program counseling.

        The Resource Center is located within the Yellowstone County Council on Aging administrative office, which is located at 1505 Avenue D. The Resource Center may be reached at (406) 259.5212.
