The Billings Community Center (BCC), located at 360 North 23rd Street, is under the administration of the City of Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department. BCC, which serves as the home for the Billings Senior Citizens, Inc. provides a wide variety of activities and programs for older adults Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

BCC's primary goal and emphasis is to serve local seniors by providing socialization, activities and services which promote healthy lifestyles and enhance independence. It serves the community by facilitating other senior and community agency programs, as scheduling allows, to increase service accessibility. The Center further serves the community with affordable after hour and weekend rental space for weddings, anniversaries, and other activities. BCC provides ongoing information and referral services for seniors, their family members and the public.

BCC offers a full range of programming for senior adults. The yearly membership due is $5.00. Activities range from cash bingo to trips, exercise classes, movies, wellness education, enrichment classes and card and board games. "Gramma's Attic" has a variety of nice used knick-knacks, recycled jewelry and recycled cards.

BCC offers wonderful entertainment at special holiday parties and events throughout the year. BCC partners with the Yellowstone County Council On Aging Senior Dinner Program for special event lunches and regularly scheduled noon meals. You do not need to be a member of BCC to enjoy a meal.
